All FIERIVA orders are shipped via partner courier companies to the address provided during order completion.
Order preparation and shipping typically take place within 1–4 business days from order and payment confirmation.

Shipping Costs
🇬🇷 Greece
Shipping costs are €3. For orders with a total value over €50, shipping is free.
🇨🇾 Cyprus
Shipping costs are €6.50. For orders with a total value over €80, shipping is free. Cash on delivery is not supported.
🇪🇺 European Union Countries
Shipping costs are €18. For orders with a total value over €150, shipping is free. Cash on delivery is not supported.
🌍 Countries outside the European Union
Shipping costs are €18. For orders with a total value over €180, shipping is free. Depending on the delivery country, customs duties or import taxes may apply.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are calculated from the shipping date and are estimated:
- 🇬🇷 Greece: 1–3 business days
- 🇨🇾 Cyprus: 5–9 business days
- 🇪🇺 European Union Countries: 4–10 business days
- 🌍 Countries outside the European Union: 7–15 business days
During periods of increased demand, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances, delays may occur.
Order Tracking
After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number from the courier company. Please ensure that the contact information you provide is correct.

Order Cancellation
You may request a cancellation before the order is shipped. If the order has already been shipped, you can exercise your rights under FIERIVA's Return Policy.
