Returns and Refund Policy
At FIERIVA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Below you will find all information regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Right of Withdrawal – 14 Days
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order, without needing to state a reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision before the 14-day period expires.
To initiate the process, please contact us at info@fieriva.com, stating your full name, order number, and the product(s) you wish to return.
After we are informed of your withdrawal, you must send the product back without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day you informed us.
Condition of Returned Products
The customer has the right to examine and try on the product to the extent necessary to ascertain its nature, characteristics, and functioning, as they would in a physical store.
Please return products, as far as possible, in their original condition, with their tags and original packaging. Products should not have been worn beyond necessary trying on, washed, soiled, altered, or damaged.
If the product has been handled beyond what is necessary and its value has decreased as a result, the customer may be liable for the corresponding decrease in value, in accordance with applicable law.
Return Costs
In case of a return due to a change of mind or exercise of the right of withdrawal, the direct cost of returning the product is borne by the customer.
🇨🇾 Returns from Cyprus
For returns from Cyprus, you can use FIERIVA's cooperating courier service. The relevant return cost is borne by the customer and will be communicated to you before the return is made. Before making any shipment, please contact us at info@fieriva.com.
🌍 Returns from other countries
Return costs are borne by the customer. We recommend using a service with tracking. Please contact us at info@fieriva.com before shipping for instructions and the return address.
Refunds
After exercising the right of withdrawal, we will refund the payments provided for by applicable law, including the cost of the basic initial delivery. If you chose a more expensive delivery method, the additional difference will not be refunded.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction. FIERIVA may withhold the refund until we have received the products or until we have received proof of shipment. If the cooperating courier is used for returns from Cyprus, the return cost will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Product Exchanges
🇨🇾 Cyprus
Please contact us first at info@fieriva.com stating your order number. Exchanges are subject to availability. We will inform you of the process and any shipping costs before the exchange.
🌍 Other countries
For orders outside Cyprus, direct exchanges are not possible. You may return the original product and place a new order.
Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us at info@fieriva.com with your order number and photos. Do not send the product before receiving instructions from FIERIVA. In a confirmed case of a defective/incorrect product, return costs are borne by FIERIVA.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases excluded by applicable law, such as personalized products or sealed hygiene products that have been unsealed after delivery.
