At FIERIVA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Below you will find all the information regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Right of Withdrawal – 14 Days
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date you received your order, without needing to provide a reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision before the 14-day period expires.
To initiate the process, contact us at info@fieriva.com, providing your full name, order number, and the product(s) you wish to return.
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the product without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you informed us.
Condition of Returned Products
You have the right to inspect and try the product to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning, as you would in a physical store.
Please return products, where possible, in their original condition, with tags and original packaging. Products must not have been worn beyond the necessary try-on, washed, soiled, altered, or damaged.
If the product has been handled beyond what is necessary and its value has decreased as a result, you may be liable for the reduction in value, in accordance with applicable law.
Return Costs
In the case of a return due to change of mind or exercise of the right of withdrawal, the direct cost of returning the product is borne by the customer.
🇨🇾 Returns from Cyprus For returns from Cyprus, you may use FIERIVA's partner courier service. The relevant return cost is borne by the customer and will be communicated to you before the return is processed. Please contact us at info@fieriva.com before making any shipment.
🌍 Returns from other countries Return costs are borne by the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Please contact us at info@fieriva.com before shipping for instructions and return address.
Refunds
After the right of withdrawal is exercised, we will refund the payments provided for by applicable law, including the cost of standard delivery. If you chose a more expensive delivery method, the additional difference will not be refunded.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction. FIERIVA may delay the refund until the products are received or proof of shipment is provided. If FIERIVA's partner courier is used for a return from Cyprus, the return cost will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Product Exchanges
🇨🇾 Cyprus: Contact us first at info@fieriva.com with your order number. Exchanges are subject to availability. We will inform you of the process and any shipping costs before the exchange.
🌍 Other countries: Direct exchanges are not available for orders outside Cyprus. You may return the original product and place a new order.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Product
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, contact us at info@fieriva.com with your order number and photos. Do not ship the product before receiving instructions from FIERIVA. In confirmed cases of defective or incorrect products, return costs are borne by FIERIVA.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases excluded by applicable law, such as personalized products or sealed hygiene products that have been unsealed after delivery.
