Refund policy
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging, exactly as you received it. Proof of purchase is also required.
How to Start a Return Contact us at info@fieriva.com and we will guide you through the next steps. If your return is accepted, you will receive a shipping label and instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The item must be sent to our warehouse in Europe. Returns without a prior request will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@fieriva.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exceptions — Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns for: perishable goods, custom or personalized orders, personal care items, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards. For any questions, please contact us.
Exchanges To ensure you get the item you want, the fastest way is to return the existing item and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card company may require additional processing time. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@fieriva.com.
